Stefan Launched his first Business Sigma Events Marketing in late 2012 while he was living in Dubai. Stefan had a natural talent in Social Media and Content Marketing that saw him filling up corporate events, product launches, club nights, VIP yacht parties and even movie sets. In 2014 Stefan sold Sigma Events Marketing to the GCC Business Council and moved back to the UK with the plan to open Sigma Digital.

When Creating a Digital Strategy with Sigma Digital Stefan Wesley will work with you 1-1 to make this happen. Your Digital Strategy will be designed specifically for your business, industry and goals. These will be reviewed monthly with your account manager and quarterly with Stefan. A clients digital strategy will vary depending on their objectives but will be made up of the following; SMM (Social Media Marketing) and Paid Social Ads, Content Marketing, onsite and offsite SEO (search engine optimisation), Link Building, PR (Public Relations) and PPC (Pay Per Click).
Stefan Wesley believes that your team is the core of your business, they are more than just cogs in the machine, they are the machine itself. With a military background in the Royal Signals Stefan puts a large emphasis on internal staff training. For this reason the Stefan Wesley has dedicated every Wednesday afternoon to Staff training. This consists of a quick quiz on the latest industry updates with some fun thrown in. The staff will then go through training on a subject of their choice, sometimes that will be additional time learning advanced techniques on Hootsuite or LinkedIn, but if the team would like to learn more about reading web analytics or content creation then Stefan will train them in those areas.

Stefan spent a number of years working in sales and feels that it is essential that clients see a great return on investment. During the sales process Stefan Wesley takes clients trough a 3 hour consultation in order to draw out their short, medium and long term business goals. He will then got through online reputation management, brand identity and content strategy in order to deliver a complete Digital Strategy Report that will be used to create a bespoke 12 month plan.
