We Fix Any Car are one of London’s premier independent garages specialising in Vehicle MOT’s, Services and Gearbox Repairs. We Fix Any Car aim be South East London’s provider of choice for private and corporate customers seeking a vehicle repair and maintenance.
The Brief
Following years of offline marketing, We Fix Any Car came to us with the goal of increasing their brand awareness, drive more traffic to their website and ultimately increase the number of enquiries and booking. We Fix Any Car wanted to improve User Experience and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) as over the past 3 years they had not received any enquires through their existing website.

We Fix Any Car went through consultancy, design and build, to get to their current mobile responsive website. To fully understand their brand, we had meetings both at our offices and their workshop which enabled us to meet with their team and fully understand their brand. With their customer service focused style in mind, we had to find a compromise between design and a content rich site. We built a site that was fully optimised, whilst remaining aesthetically pleasing, that both ourselves and We Fix Any Car are extremely proud of. |

We also work alongside We Fix Any Car to produce and publish SEO-friendly, keyword targeted content which will naturally increase their Google rankings. Social Media Management (SMM) is another area where we assist We Fix Any Car. We had to bear in mind that due to the nature of their business, their customers take time to research online where they will take their vehicle for maintenance and repairs. For this reason, we designed a Digital Marketing Strategy that presented and introduce products to customers in a subtle way, but then provided them with multiple call to actions. Customers are now able to make appointments on the spot, get a quote or call We Fix Any Car directly. Doing so, enables We Fix Any Car to incentivise interested customers into purchasing or calling them at their South-East London workshop. |
The Results
After implementation of the new Website, Content Marketing Strategy and Social Media Management in April 2016, We Fix Any Car have seen the following key results.;
We Fix Any Car have seen a significant increase in Website visits and Pageviews that now sees a growth from 40 pageviews per month at the beginning of 2016, to now receiving over 3500 per month. That’s an almost 99% rise!
Throughout 2016 We Fix Any Car have seen a spike of increase enquires through the website. For the last 3 years, We Fix Any Car have not generated an enquiry through the website due to the website being difficult to find online. With the implementation of strong SEO and SMM Strategies managed by Sigma Digital, We Fix Any Car continue to see an increasing number and received 174 enquiries in the last quarter of 2016.
With a huge increase in online enquiries, We Fix Any Car have seen an increased average monthly turnover of approximately £8000 (20 bookings).
